Claudia Arns-Hall
Founder & Owner
Claudia is passionate about leadership and talent development, with a relentless focus on the big picture, impact, and growth. Adept at developing collaborative partnerships, she fosters a safe environment to talk about difficult topics — through authenticity, attentiveness, trust, and respect. She is recognized as an influential leader and coach with unquestionable trust, superior performance, and a can-do attitude.
With 25 years of progressive Human Resources Management and Leadership/Executive Development Coaching, Claudia has demonstrated success in incorporating coaching techniques and creative leadership skills to transform people, process, systems, and cultures. Her experience spans Fortune 500 global companies to small non-profit organizations of fewer than 50 employees.
Claudia holds a Master's of Science degree in Managing Information Systems from Lesley University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Rhode Island College. A lifelong learner, Claudia is progressing towards her Doctorate in Psychology.
